You must have heard things about the recent growth of Artificial Intelligence technology, and in particular ChatGPT, which, with version 4 seems to have pushed the boundaries of human-esque context of text based AI interactions into regions previously only seen in Sci-Fi.

I noticed Phil from Diagonal Thinking was going deep on ChatGPT and I hit him up for an interview. We had quite a laugh and even better, it was fascinating and informative.

He’s been using ChatGPT to research and write articles, (which there are thousands of people doing already). More interestingly he’s been creating fully working text adventures, text based TV show clones and lots of different flavours of interactive storytelling and games, including Homes Under the Hammer, Factory Records, Monkey Tennis, Who Wants to Be A Millionaire, Fawlty Towers and more…

It’s amazing stuff and we are already bringing some of these ideas to bear on developments here at Bellyfeel with Phil’s help.
